We have been a Chemitec customer ever since the concern was founded. We first contacted them because we needed a specialised cleaning product.
There are many players in the cleaning market, all offering their own type of cleaning agent.
Markets of this nature often result in fierce competition between the various players that can ultimately be of financial benefit to the customers. However, in our experience solely optimum quality will pay for itself.
We have had visits from dozens of sales representatives from various companies. Every time it was clear that price was their most important argument; however, all too often the quality, knowledge of the product or correct composition of the product gave cause for doubt.
Chemitec’s philosophy distinguishes them from the competition: Chemitec attaches priority to finding the product that does what the customer needs. Chemitec is also in the vanguard in its compliance with environmental requirements – and that’s absolutely essential nowadays. Another of Chemitec’s strengths is their ability to offer customer-oriented solutions. On several occasions Chemitec has helped us implement new cleaning products in our production department, whereby they organised a company training programme. Moreover, and to crown it all, whenever we have had a problem we have not been confronted by a telephonist who can do no more than take a message; we have always been immediately put into contact with the relevant specialist, and they have always offered us a solution or modification very quickly.
Chemitec’s products and support are exemplary of the results that can be achieved by the combination of knowledge, enthusiasm, and team spirit.
