It removes carbonised residues ‘black specks’ directly and prevents further
attachment.

Chempure® 5.1 is also ideal for colour and material transition and it is
suitable for all thermoplastics. ABS, PA, PC, PET, PS, PMMA, SAN, PE, PP, PU
and other blends….
Unlike conventional products it does not contain any chalk, quartz or other
abrasive components that could damage your valuable equipment. Pollution is
macerated, not removed mechanically. Contains no solvents, no toxic substances
and is odourless. No toxic vapours or gases are released during use and it does
not cause any hazardous gushes. All components are classified by the FDA as ‘Generally
Recognised as Safe’ (GRAS) and are environmentally friendly and is NSF Food
Aproved.
Because of the unique composition of the product it can be used at a
temperature range between 80°C
and 420°C,
which means that it is very universally applicable! It also substantially
reduces the costs involved with changing colours or products. The product is
fast acting, thereby reducing downtime and it also saves costs by producing a
considerably lower volume of waste, thereby reducing total cost by more than 50%!
